Effective November 1, 2026. These terms are the agreement between you and SubSwitch ("we", "us") for using getsubswitch.com and its emails.
SubSwitch builds a plan for which streaming services to have each month and emails you reminders to cancel and sign up. It never signs in to, changes or cancels your streaming, cable or internet accounts. You do that yourself, with each provider, under their own terms.
A new subscription starts with a free trial: 14 days, or 30 days if you're leaving cable. You add a card at checkout and pay nothing during the trial. The trial ends on the date shown before checkout, on Stripe's checkout page and in your welcome email. Unless you cancel before then, your subscription starts on that date and your card is charged.
SubSwitch costs $4.99 a month, in US dollars, charged by Stripe on the same day each month from the end of your trial. If the price changes, the new price applies from your next charge after we post it on our pricing page.
Cancel any time in Settings: tap Cancel SubSwitch Pro and finish on Stripe. Cancelling stops the next charge. You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for, or the end of your trial, and you can resume in Settings before then. After that your account works like a free one: your watchlist and plan stay, and the months after this one lock.
Charges aren't refunded, including for a partly used month, except where the law requires it. Cancel before your trial ends and you're never charged.
If we give you free access, it lasts until the date we tell you. When it ends, your account works like a free one, and you can start the normal free trial.
If a payment fails, Stripe may try again. Until it goes through, your account works like a free one.
Plans and savings figures are estimates, built from what you tell us you pay, our catalog of which titles are on which service, and providers' published prices. Catalogs and prices change, and a title can leave a service before your planned month. SubSwitch isn't financial advice and doesn't promise any amount of savings. How We Calculate Savings explains the numbers.
Some links to streaming services may be affiliate links: if you sign up through one, we may earn a commission, at no cost to you. It never changes your plan, which is computed without looking at which services pay us.
You must be 18 or older and in the United States to subscribe. Sign-in links go to your email, so keep that account secure. Privacy and data says what we store. To close your account and delete your data, email help@getsubswitch.com from your account's address. We cancel any subscription right away and delete your account. To use the time you've paid for first, cancel in Settings and email us once your access ends.
Don't use SubSwitch to scrape our data, create accounts automatically or get into anyone else's account. We may close an account that does.
Title data comes from TMDB. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
SubSwitch is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and running, but can't promise it always will be. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these terms. When we do, the date at the top changes, and using SubSwitch after that means you accept the new version.
These terms are governed by the laws of Illinois, and any dispute goes to the state courts of Illinois. Questions: help@getsubswitch.com.
